Founder and lead of a technical writing firm specialising in web3-related projects, serving clients on retainer and on-demand for documentation portal deployment and maintenance across the Eth2, Cosmos and broader web3 ecosystem. Implemented AI-powered feedback loops and support pathways, including FAQ bots and automatic indexing of in-channel inquiries.

Wrote and maintained internal documentation and academy coursework related to the Polkadot Network and Substrate, turning 200 hours of live presentations into a 100+ page manual still used for internal training today. Created modular content architecture and course materials for developer onboarding and certification, partnering with engineering leads to align documentation with evolving SDK releases.

Received articles and interviews in several major publications. Managed 2 developers and a producer in the US and produced content locally. Sold the business in 2020.

MintSec, LLC.

Freelance contracted penetration testing, compliance standards testing, redteam participation as well as applied cryptography consultations and assessments. Worked on a variety of projects, from corporate networks to IoT healthcare devices. Led incident response efforts, coordinating with stakeholders during security breaches.
